I came across this wonderful little article from Free People’s blog called Creating a Desirable Shower Space. The Article was so inspiring that immediately after I read it, I went online and searched for a local flower wholesaler that carried Fresh Eucalyptus and ordered several bunches! One bunch I hung in my shower, another I put in vases and distributed them around the house, and the third bunch I gave as gifts to family and friends.I hadn’t really put too much thought in to shower space up until I read this article. Today, my shower space has become rather important to me. I like my space feeling as natural and rejuvenating as possible. I’ve made a conscious decision to only use natural organic shower products and simplify my shower space by removing anything that looks commercial, and that doesn’t contribute to that serene space I want to maintain. If you’ve never tried hanging fresh Eucalyptus in your shower, I highly recommend it! It’s such and refreshing and delightful shower experience. In one instant you connect with nature and feel like you are in a heavenly natural spa. If your taking your shower at night, add a few candles to the mix, it creates such a calming and sensuous mood, you will not regret it!
Directions: Hang the eucalyptus upside down by tying it to your shower head with twine. When you run your shower, the steam will rise up towards the eucalyptus, filling your bathroom with the most refreshing, relaxing scent.
