What is Apple Cider Vinegar Made of?
Apple Cider Vinegar is made through the process of fermentation and is high in phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, and calcium. Apple cider vinegar is a vinegar made by fermenting apples in water. This us usually done over a 7-8 month period. Sugar is necessary to “feed” the bacteria, but most (if not all) of the sugar is fermented out.
It may be naturally fermented, or bacteria and yeast may be added to start the fermentation process.
You might be accustomed to seeing Apple Cider Vinegar liquids and salad dressings in your grocery isles. Important to Note: Not every Apple Cider Vinegar you will encounter has the mother bacteria inside.
If your looking to use Apple Cider Vinegar as Natural Medicine, for healing, there is a very big difference from standard Apple Cider Vinegar, and Organic Apple Cider Vinegar ( with Mother: bacteria that is formed during the fermentation process )
If you are using Apple Cider Vinegar for Health Benefits, weather it be on your body or taking it internally, it is essential for best results, and full health benefits to purchase organic apple cider vinegar, and it must read on the bottle “ With mother. I only use the Organic with Mother its so much more powerful even in cleaning bacteria on the house, and adding extra health goodness to your dressings. So my recommendation is only buy Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother you can also learn to make your own apple Cider vinegar at home!

The reason that this causes acid reflux is this: If you do not have enough stomach acid, the receptor cells in your stomach will not send a message to your brain that its time to close the sphincter at the top of your stomach. This means as you are digesting your food some of it may wash back up your throat causing the pain of acid reflux. In these situations you can take a shot of apple cider vinegar when you are experiencing the pain to help increase the acid content in your stomach which will then activate the message to close the sphincter. You can also take a shot of apple cider vinegar before you eat as a preventative measure.
