Homemade Aloe Vera Juice – Wellness Drink

I’ve recently starting making my own Aloe Vera Juice at home, because I’ve been living in Sinai over the last couple months were it is not available, like it is in health food stores in Canada.

It’s surprisingly very easy to make, all you need is the Aloe Vera Plant, some Natural Spring Water and a blender.

Many are familiar with the amazing first Aid Properties of Aloe Vera, using it externally on the skin and burns. It is also safe to drink and is excellent juice to add if your on a detox diet.

I was initially introduced to drinking the whole leaf of juice by my Naturopath (http://laube.ca/en/)
a few years ago, only recently have started to bring in back in to my diet and I already see good results.

It’s important to take care of your Gut and ensure you are going to the bathroom regularly. Constipation, not going to the toilet for many days, chronic bloating, is blessed sign showing you your gut needs extra tender loving care. If we are not eliminating on a regular basis, we are storing toxins in are body.

Also digestive complaints might be triggered more during these times, as many people are experiencing more security fears which is connected to the lower chakras, so if stomach problems do come up, I would say this is rather normal reaction to stress that is connected to our fears, and that we should give our Holy bodies as well as our emotions that extra TLC it needs, and not ignore.

If your having digestive issues, trouble going to the bathroom regularly, suffering from chronic inflammation or constipation, I recommend adding some Aloe Vera Juice to your diet, in my experience it has been very effective it is also said to make skin glow! I also recommend enemas and salt flushes. I will make separate posts on these.

Important safety info: There is a toxic compound called Aloin on the skin of the Aloe Vera Plant that should be washed before making the juice ( if your making it from scratch at home ) I remember once not cleaning it and rubbed the plant direct on my skin, and got a mild rash. So I recommend cleaning the plant before using it externally or internally.

I’ve attached a video that will show you how to cut it, scoop out the gel, and clean it so that you can safely drink for Wellness!
