If you thought wearing a bra meant you’d never have to pay the price of gravity, you may be wrong.

A new, 15-year study out of France that followed 330 women concluded that bras don’t actually prevent breasts from sagging or ease back pain.

“Medically, physiologically, anatomically breasts gain no benefit from being denied gravity,” said the professor behind the study. “On the contrary, they get saggier with a bra.”

Researchers calculated that not wearing a bra causes muscles around the breast to increase in strength, with the nipple raising toward the shoulder 7mm annually.
The study looked at women ages 18 to 35.

However, the researchers said it’s not recommended that all women abandon their bras “since their muscles had probably already degraded.” Gotta tell you this it is music to my ears, I hate wearing bras , always have always will.
